The recommended starting dose of Nexium 24HR Tablets is one tablet taken once a day, with or without food. The tablets should be swallowed whole with water, with or without food, but should be taken at a slow rate of one tablet per day. The maximum recommended dose is one tablet per day, with or without food.
For optimal results, the recommended Nexium 24HR Tablets should be used in conjunction with a well-balanced, moderate-to-vitamin K-deficient diet. They should be taken at the same time each day and should be swallowed whole with water.
